Re-established a natural wetland pond, creating "Arizona Lake". Now known as Iwetemlyakin State Recreation Area. (dedicated 10/10/09)

Worked side by side with homeowner to create this unusual gazebo / pond showpiece adjacent to the homeowner's beautiful flower garden.

Site Development:
Created driveway to site, full site development for manufactured home, skirting to create the look of stick built home, with surround deck. Home site takes advantage of fantastic ocean views.
